a precipice of perdition
To begin, this post isn't about hell (or somewhere else), it's about this moment, here. It's not intended to be labeled bad or good, you can't go to hell (or heaven), which you can consider an indelible (also ineffable) truth.
Recent concepts have been examined that put the image of the big bang on the back-burner (hard read here). This has convoluted the scientific waters and emboldened the pseudo religious belief of a god creator. It reminds that religious that science can be wrong and the words of the bible should be instilled as truth (vatican observatory read here). The latter basically states what this sites words entail, to a lesser extent.
A quoted summation:
He teaches that creation from nothing refers to the view that the Universe, the whole of space-time, was created by a free act of God out of nothing. There was no “outside” for the Universe to expand into. It was not an event but continues as an ongoing relationship with God, with an ultimate dependence on God for existence and order.
The last bit with an ultimate dependence on God for existence and order. Is the bit of contention among this sites words. One mine as well consider being as of the mind of god or in other words the matrix if you substitute god with machine.
Here are some adichotomy posits to consider:
- There is no truly independent individual (not gods or men or things)
- Past does not beget future, there is only the ineffable now (no past, no future)
- Light (energy or creation) requires it's absence, darkness (neti neti, not-this, not that)
- Existence (universal reality) prefers negentropy over entropy (read inflation or growth)
- One cannot prove any of the above as there is no outside to be had of which one can dissect the inside
This assumption is, in fact, inferred, simply by repetition. The void screams back, to understand.
