a this - only more... of the same
I generally write these informational posts as a quick walk-through for a mental challenge of describing reality. It's often, to some, extremely complex concepts and is why i also often piece them out in little morsels. To be fair to you, this isn't written to convince you of anything, and i'm not selling you anything to fix you, in case you're not an avid reader, my goal is only to contribute to the zeitgeist of information.
While you may say things like "your beliefs are your own", that would actually only be the case if you could truly be your own thing, independent of all others (people, things, ideas or galaxies). If it's not clear to you right now, you are in fact, not in any way, independent individuals. If you forget such things or are ignorant of them, does not preclude them from existence (all those pesky people, things, ideas or galaxies). Not seeing the clear night sky, doesn't make it go away, as a less drastic example.
Genuine philosophers and scientist (those that are often thought of as better than average intelligence) have continuously, and without fail, figured out upon examination, that reality cannot be exclusive to the way we (humans) think about it. Meaning, just because we think a certain way about life, doesn't make it so. You don't get to have your version of truth, but you do get a lot of ways to imagine things to be, and with constant prodding from those others, you get to include them into what seems to be "your version". Yet, simply imagine being the puppet-master for even 2 people and somehow you are apart from them, pulling strings, being their machinations for existence and further making them think a certain way. Simply preposterous, even for the dumbest, most gullible of humans. The only thing we can assume is that we have time/distance separating us from the inevitable, and that shit is everywhere.
We don't get to pick and choose our own adventure, we are constantly bounced around and we learn to adapt and adopt or we fail, often burdened with suffering or death, and no one gets out of it. In the realm of things people are just as disposable as anything else. I say disposable here, not to be morbid, but suffering and death is never off the table, even among anyone's moments of self importance. It's pretty clear who the most likely suffers are, those that continue to attempt to hold onto this idea that they are the most important, that their word is truth and that they are somehow separate from their abhorrent behavior. You can be utterly certain that this is never the case, not even for an instant.
