a matrix redux

Without any preamble, let's dive right in:

There is no external reality

The premise that an external force created and could manipulate reality is a deeply held belief among the religious (and many sciences, philosophies, etc.), a place outside of "life' to go that is untouched by the workings of reality. It's a powerful belief to be sure, but not one rooted in any sort of identifiable truth/fallacy relationship. In the absence of this duality, it's not plausible to be the case.

The external world you know, in contrast to the internal world you are, is the illusion and division, is the experience.

There are no truly independent, anythings

The idea that you are in some sense an independent individual, is the expression of being, of experience. It is in unison that this experience plays out, for you, for me and for the other. Simple proof of this is the attempt to remove oneself and/or one thing from reality in such a way as to be examined, untouched, and unfettered. The variety of very small to very large reactions, is the scope of experience. There could be no such thing as an "outside force" that could not affect the inside. In the same way (not identical way), there is no time (independence) that one could move forward or backward through.

There is proof, and it is the pudding

There is no escaping "the loop", the identity is in the subject object duality it is and has always been, one can alter the pudding, but the pudding cannot be added or removed from reality.
